Dual-slot NP-F charger

This Kastar charger accepts two NP-F style batteries at once and shows charge level on an integrated LCD. It draws power from a 5 V 2–3 A USB source through either a Micro-USB or USB-C port and includes a Micro-USB cable. The unit measures 5 by 3 by 1 inches and uses intelligent circuitry to manage Li-ion cells without memory effect. Photographers and videographers who run LED panels or camcorders on NP-F packs can top up two batteries from a single power bank or wall adapter.

Check your battery model

The charger works with NP-F330, NP-F550, NP-F570, NP-F730, NP-F750, NP-F770, NP-F950, NP-F960 and NP-F970 packs as well as the listed Sony CCD, Cyber-shot and DCR models. Verify that your battery carries one of those designations. You must supply a USB charger or power bank capable of delivering 5 V at 2 to 3 A (15 W) to reach the rated 8.4 V 800 mA per slot. If your power source is limited to 1 A the charger will still operate but at reduced current.

Interchangeable plate and LCD status display

A swappable contact plate lets you change between supported NP-F sizes without tools. The built-in LCD reports real-time voltage and percentage for each bay so you can confirm both batteries are charging correctly. The included Micro-USB cable covers the legacy port; a USB-C cable is not supplied. No battery is bundled with the charger.
