Three batteries and a foldable wall charger

The Kastar NP-FH50 set supplies three 7.4 V 1200 mAh lithium-ion cells plus an AC charger with a foldable flat plug. Each battery stores 8.88 Wh and measures 3 by 2 by 3 inches. The charger accepts 100 to 240 V input and delivers 8.4 V at 600 mA, with a red LED for charging and green for standby or full charge. The pack suits owners of compatible Sony Handycam, Cyber-shot and Alpha models who need extra runtime.

Replaces single OEM packs that limit shooting time

Swapping one original NP-FH30, NP-FH40, NP-FH50, NP-FH70 or NP-FH100 for three higher-capacity cells lets you record longer sessions without hunting for a wall outlet. The jump is worth it when you regularly shoot events, travel or vlog and find a single battery runs flat before the day ends. If you only need occasional top-ups, one spare may be enough.

Charger plugs directly into the wall

No separate cable or power brick is required; the foldable flat pins store flat and slide into any 100 to 240 V socket. Insert a battery, watch the red LED, then wait for green. What usually goes wrong: users forget to seat the battery fully so the contacts miss, or they leave cells in a hot car and capacity drops faster than expected.

Questions about this item

What are the physical dimensions of each NP-FH50 battery so I can confirm it fits my camera's battery compartment?

Each battery measures 3 by 2 by 3 inches, matching the original NP-FH50 form factor for compatible Sony models.

How do I connect the AC wall charger to mains power, and which LED colour confirms the batteries are fully charged?

Plug the foldable flat-pin charger into any 100-240 V AC outlet; a green LED means the batteries are fully charged or on standby.

When will the three 1200 mAh lithium-ion packs need replacing, and can I charge them individually?

Expect several hundred charge cycles before capacity drops noticeably; the charger handles one to three batteries at once via its single DC output.
