Two-pack replacement battery

This Kastar NP-FM500H twin pack supplies two 7.4 V 2400 mAh lithium-ion cells rated at 17.76 Wh each. They replace the Sony NP-FM500H and fit a wide range of Alpha DSLR and SLT bodies including the 77 II and 99 series. Photographers who need a spare set for long shooting days can keep one battery in the grip and one in the bag.

Sustained shooting performance

Each cell delivers its rated capacity through a built-in protection circuit that guards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-voltage, over-current and over-heating. The pack meets UL1642 and CE safety standards, so voltage remains stable during extended bursts or video recording. Users can rely on consistent output without sudden shutdowns caused by thermal or current spikes.

Compatibility checklist

Verify that your camera appears in the supported model list covering Alpha 57, 58, 65, 68, 77, 77 II and 99 bodies as well as the matching DSLR-A series. Confirm you have a Sony BC-VM10 or AC-SQ950 charger, because the batteries require that specific charging interface. No other charger types are supported by this pack.
