Compact AC charger for Sony NP-FM500H batteries

This Kastar wall charger powers Sony NP-FM500H lithium-ion packs used in Alpha DSLR and SLT bodies from the 200 to 900 series. The foldable flat plug keeps the unit small enough for a camera bag or travel kit. It accepts 100–240 V mains voltage worldwide.

600 mA output charges one battery at a time

The charger delivers 8.4 V at 600 mA, so a depleted NP-FM500H reaches full capacity in several hours. It cannot charge two packs simultaneously and has no fast-charge mode. The red LED shows active charging; green signals standby or completion.

Foldable plug and LED status only

No cables, car adapter or extra battery are included. The only accessories are the integrated foldable pins and the two-colour indicator light. Photographers needing multi-bay charging or in-car power must buy separate equipment.
