Replacement batteries for Panasonic DECT handsets

This pack supplies two lithium-ion cells rated at 3.7 volts and 1400 milliampere-hours each. They replace Panasonic part numbers ending in 18, 19, 46 and 47. Compatible models include the KX-TCA285, KX-TCA385, KX-UDT121, KX-UDT131, Attune II HD3 and several WX-series desk phones.

Wall charger with foldable plug for continuous use

The included AC adapter accepts 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 hertz and delivers 4.2 volts at 600 milliamps. A red LED shows active charging while a green LED signals standby or a full cell. The foldable flat pins reduce bulk when the charger is stored between shifts.

Simple drop-in installation with polarity care

Each battery slides into the handset battery compartment without tools. The charger plugs directly into a wall outlet; no separate cable is required. The main risk is inserting a cell with reversed polarity, which prevents charging and may damage the contacts.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the AC wall charger produce when it runs continuously?

The charger uses a foldable flat plug and an LED that shows red while charging and green when full; it has no fan, so it runs silently and stays cool during all-day use.

Which Panasonic handset models must I already own for these batteries to fit?

The pack replaces Panasonic part numbers N4FUYYYY0018, 0019, 0046 and 0047 and fits handsets KX-TCA285, KX-TCA385, KX-UDT121, KX-UDT131, Attune II HD3, WX-CH455, WX-SB100, WX-ST100 and WX-ST300.

Will the charger work with the older Panasonic base stations I still use?

Yes — the charger accepts AC 100-240 V input and outputs DC 4.2 V at 600 mA, matching the original Panasonic N4FUYYYY series specifications used by those base stations.
