Questions about this item

Does the pack include three batteries and one charger, or do I need to buy the charger separately?

The pack contains one AC wall charger with a foldable flat plug and three lithium-ion batteries, so nothing extra is required to start charging.

All three batteries are identical 3.7 V 1400 mAh cells, so there is no capacity choice — is that correct?

Yes, each of the three batteries is a 3.7 V 1400 mAh lithium-ion unit rated at 5.18 Wh, and the charger outputs 4.2 V at 600 mA for all of them.

What does the 5.18 Wh rating mean for actual talk time in a Panasonic KX-TCA285 handset?

The 5.18 Wh capacity supports the handset's normal operating current; expect typical DECT talk and standby performance comparable to the original Panasonic N4FUYYYY0018 cell.
