Four-pack replacement for Panasonic handsets

This Kastar PS-42B set supplies four 3.7 V lithium-ion batteries and a foldable-pin AC wall charger. It targets owners of compatible Panasonic DECT phones who need multiple spare cells for continuous uptime. The pack replaces original part numbers N4FUYYYY0018, N4FUYYYY0019, N4FUYYYY0046 and N4FUYYYY0047.

1400 mAh cells with 5.18 Wh capacity

Each battery stores 1400 mAh at 3.7 V, delivering 5.18 Wh per cell. The charger accepts AC 100-240 V at 50-60 Hz and outputs DC 4.2 V at 600 mA. A red LED shows charging; green indicates standby or full charge. Four cells rotate through the single bay for overnight replenishment.

Foldable charger plugs directly into mains

The compact charger uses a foldable flat plug, eliminating a separate power brick and freeing socket space. It works with handsets including the KX-TCA285, KX-TCA385, KX-UDT121, KX-UDT131, Attune II HD3, WX-CH455, WX-SB100, WX-ST100 and WX-ST300. Buyers needing simultaneous multi-bay charging or higher-capacity cells should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the Kastar PS-42B batteries work in my Panasonic KX-TCA285 handset alongside the original cells?

Yes, the 3.7 V 1400 mAh Li-Ion packs replace Panasonic N4FUYYYY0018, N4FUYYYY0019, N4FUYYYY0046 and N4FUYYYY0047, so they fit the KX-TCA285 and other listed handsets.

How do I know the charger is charging each battery correctly?

The AC wall charger shows a red LED while charging and switches to green when the cell reaches full charge or stands by.

Does the pack include everything needed to charge the four batteries, or must I buy a separate power cord?

The box contains one AC wall charger with a foldable flat plug plus four batteries; no extra cable is required.
