Perfect Size & Quantity

This pack contains 120 pre-cut sheets measuring 8x12 inches (20.3x30.5cm) of unbleached parchment paper. Made from 100% pure wood pulp with a food-grade silicone coating on both sides, it is designed for baking, air frying, grilling, steaming, and freezing. The natural, fluorescent-free material is kosher certified and non-toxic for a healthy cooking experience.

Heavy Duty Heat Performance

At 45gsm, these sheets are thicker than standard 28gsm, 35gsm, or 40gsm options, providing extra tear resistance during sustained high-heat use. They withstand temperatures ranging from -68 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230°C). The double silicone coating ensures a non-stick, oil-proof surface that retains moisture and flavor while preventing food particles from fouling your cookware.

Check Your Appliance Fit

Before ordering, verify that the 8x12 inch dimensions suit your specific baking trays, air fryer baskets, or microwave interiors. Ensure food weight is sufficient to keep sheets from contacting heating elements directly. Confirm that your typical cooking temperatures do not exceed the 450°F limit and that the 120-count bulk quantity matches your storage space and usage frequency.

Questions about this item

Does the 45 gsm parchment paper become brittle or curl after hours in a 230 °C oven?

The sheets are rated for continuous use up to 230 °C (450 °F) and the double silicone coating resists curling during long bakes.

Do I need a specific tray size or cutter to use these 20.3 × 30.5 cm pre-cut sheets?

No extra tools are required; each sheet fits standard half-sheet pans and air-fryer baskets straight from the pack.

Will the unbleached wood-pulp paper transfer fibres onto a vintage cast-iron skillet?

The 100 % pure wood pulp with food-grade silicone on both sides leaves no fibres on seasoned iron or any other cookware.
