Product definition

katbite 1216 paper craft sheets are 75 pre-cut pieces of 45 gsm parchment paper sized 12x16 inches. They are made from FSC-certified wood pulp with a double silicone coating for non-stick performance and are designed for home bakers who want ready-to-use sheets without cutting rolls.

Deciding specification

The 45 gsm weight makes these sheets thicker and more tear resistant than standard 28 gsm or 35 gsm alternatives. They withstand temperatures up to 450°F (230°C) and are oil-proof, so they suit air fryers, ovens and cookie pans where thinner papers might curl or tear.

Fit guidance

Bakers who need a half-sheet size that fits standard cookie trays and air fryer baskets will find the 12x16 inch format convenient. Buyers who want a continuous roll for custom sizes or who need larger sheets for full-sheet pans should look at a different format.

Questions about this item

How many baking sessions can I get from the 75 sheets in a half-sheet pan?

Each pack contains 75 pre-cut sheets sized 12x16 inches, giving you one sheet per bake on a standard half-sheet pan.

What does the 45 gsm weight mean for handling and tear resistance compared with thinner parchment?

At 45 gsm the paper is noticeably thicker than common 28 gsm or 35 gsm sheets, so it resists tearing when lifting heavy dough or roasted vegetables.

Will the 12x16 inch sheets fit my half-sheet pan without trimming?

Yes, the 12x16 inch dimensions match standard half-sheet pans, so the sheets lay flat edge-to-edge with no cutting needed.
