130 Pre-Cut Sheets for Deli Use

This pack contains 130 sheets of pre-cut wrapping paper, each measuring 10 inches square. The 40 gsm wood-pulp stock is heavier than the more common 35 gsm grade, giving extra tear resistance for daily deli, bakery or sandwich-bar service. Sheets are supplied flat and ready to use without further cutting.

Greaseproof Silicone Coating on Both Sides

A food-grade silicone layer on each face makes the paper oilproof and waterproof, so sauces and fats stay inside the wrap rather than soaking through to hands or packaging. The unbleached, fluorescent-free pulp keeps the material non-toxic, and the print-free side is intended for direct food contact.

Lightweight Bulk Pack for High-Volume Prep

At 0.449 kilograms the entire box is easy to store on a prep shelf and quick to replenish during busy periods. The heavy-duty construction holds up to hot burgers, pastries and sandwiches without disintegrating, while the non-stick surface releases cleanly so food presentation stays intact.

Questions about this item

What does the 40 gsm weight mean for everyday use?

At 40 gsm each sheet is thicker than standard 35 gsm deli paper, so it resists tearing when you wrap burgers, sandwiches or pastries.

Will the 10-inch square sheets fit my bakery boxes and food trays?

Each pre-cut sheet measures 10 by 10 inches, sized to line standard trays, baskets and boxes without further trimming.

Which side of the sheet should touch the food during wrapping?

Wrap with the unprinted side against the food; the printed side stays on the outside.
