Ready-to-Bake Parchment Sheets

This pack supplies 220 pre-cut parchment sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches, sized to fit standard half-sheet pans. The flat format removes the need to measure, tear or flatten curled rolls, so home bakers and small commercial kitchens can line trays in seconds.

40gsm Capacity and Heat Limits

At 40gsm the paper handles cookies, cakes, pastries, breads, vegetables and pizza without tearing during transfer. The silicone coating remains non-stick from minus 68°F up to 450°F, covering freezer storage through oven, air-fryer and microwave use; above 450°F the coating can degrade and the sheet may brown.

Double-Sided Silicone Coating

Food-grade silicone on both faces creates a greaseproof, non-stick surface that releases food cleanly and protects the pan from baked-on residue. The unbleached, FSC-certified pulp is BPA-free and fluorescent-free, so no chemical transfer occurs during direct food contact.
