Ready-to-use baking sheets

Katbite supplies 46 pre-cut parchment sheets sized 12 by 16 inches for half-sheet pans. Each sheet is made from 100 percent wood pulp with a food-grade silicone coating on both sides. The product is new and arrives in a cardboard box that avoids plastic packaging.

Temperature and thickness limits

The paper withstands temperatures from minus 68 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, covering freezer, microwave and air-fryer use. At 45 gsm it is roughly 12 percent thicker than common 35 to 40 gsm sheets, giving extra strength for longer bakes. The 2.36-inch grid pattern aids portion spacing but does not change the heat rating.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm your baking pans accept a 12 by 16 inch sheet without trimming. Check that your recipes stay within the stated temperature window and that single-use disposal fits your kitchen workflow. Buyers needing a continuous roll or a different sheet count should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

The pack contains 46 pre-cut sheets, each measuring 12 by 16 inches, so one box covers many batches without needing to tear rolls.

How does the 45 gsm thickness perform in a hot oven?

At 45 gsm the paper is about 12 percent thicker than common 35 to 40 gsm sheets, letting it withstand temperatures up to 450 °F without burning or curling.

What does the 2.36 inch grid spacing actually help with?

The printed 2.36 by 2.36 inch squares act as a guide so you can space dough portions evenly and prevent cookies from merging while baking.
