KEHIPI 4-20mA Signal Generator for PLC & Panel
This compact tool generates adjustable 0/4-20mA current and 0-10V voltage signals for industrial testing. It serves technicians calibrating inverters, PLCs, valve positioners and LED panels. A multi-cycle potentiometer allows fine output control, while a 3-digit LED display shows real-time values with 0.1mA and 0.01V resolution.
0-10V and 0/4-20mA Output Ranges with 24V DC Supply
The module operates on a 24V DC supply and covers two standard analogue ranges from a single unit. It handles signal simulation for transmitter output, process control loops and panel verification. Headroom ends at 10V or 20mA; it cannot source higher voltages, drive 4-20mA loops beyond 20mA or function without an external 24V source.
Replaces Separate Current
One device replaces individual mA and V sources, reducing kit count for field service and bench debugging. The jump is worth it when a technician needs both signal types daily and values the 3.93 x 2.67 x 1.49 inch form factor. It is not suited for applications requiring isolated outputs, HART communication, thermocouple simulation or loop-powered operation.

Questions about this item
Can I use this generator with my existing 24V DC power supply and 4-20mA loop devices?
Yes, the unit operates on a 24V DC supply and provides both 0-20mA current and 0-10V voltage outputs, compatible with standard PLC and panel loops.
How do I verify the 3-digit LED display shows the true output after I wire it up?
Rotate the multi-cycle potentiometer to maximum, select current or voltage on the display switch, measure the actual output with a multimeter, then adjust the corresponding calibration potentiometer until the display matches the meter reading.
What comes in the box and do I need to buy a power source or leads separately?
The generator module itself is supplied; a 24V DC power supply and connection wires for the 24V, 0V, 0-20mA and 0-10V terminals are not included and must be sourced separately.
