The strip uses a fixed 5-pin layout ordered +12V-G-R-B-W, which is not the common RGBW+ or +RGBW arrangement. Controllers and amplifiers must match this exact pin sequence to drive the four channels correctly. Mismatched wiring will prevent proper colour mixing and white output.
