Extended Desk Pad 35×15.7 in

The KEHIPI AMS-XL is an XXL mouse pad that covers a broad desktop area, accommodating a full-size keyboard, mouse and other accessories in one continuous surface. Its Mandala pattern adds visual interest while the lycra cloth top layer provides a consistent tracking plane for optical and laser sensors. The pad is intended for home-office workers and gamers who prefer a single large mat instead of separate pieces.

Stitched Edge Durability Under Daily Use

Precision locking stitches run the full perimeter to resist fraying, deformation and adhesive separation during prolonged sessions. The flat seam profile keeps wrist contact comfortable over long periods, while the natural rubber base maintains its grip without hardening or lifting at the corners. Surface glide remains uniform because the cloth does not pill or wear unevenly under repeated mouse movement.

Rubber Base Grip Limits

The dense textured rubber bottom relies on friction against clean, flat desks to stay in place; polished glass, oily finishes or heavily textured surfaces can reduce holding power. The 0.1 in thickness offers minimal cushioning, so users who want a softer wrist rest will need a separate support. A 3.9 in square coaster is included but does not anchor the main pad.

Questions about this item

Does the 0.1 in thick rubber base keep the 35 x 15.7 in pad flat and cool during all-day use?

The 0.1 in rubber base stays flat and adds no noticeable heat; the lycra surface remains cool to the touch even after extended sessions.

What desk space is needed so the 35 x 15.75 in mat and the 3.9 in coaster both sit without overhang?

Allow at least 35 in width by 15.75 in depth for the mat; the 3.9 in square coaster fits anywhere on that area or beside it.

Will a wired mouse with a braided cable drag on the stitched edges of this 35 x 15.7 in pad?

The precision-locked stitched edges lie flat at 0.1 in height, so braided cables glide over them without catching.
