1MP Global Shutter USB 2.0 Camera

The KEHIPI B0385 is a 1MP USB 2.0 camera board built around the OV9782 global shutter sensor. It captures 1280 x 800 colour images at up to 100 fps in MJPG format. The module is UVC compliant for driverless operation on Windows, Linux, macOS and Android devices. A 70° low-distortion M12 lens with a 650 nm IR filter is fitted.

Sustained 100 fps MJPG Streaming

In MJPG mode the camera maintains 100 fps at 1280 x 800, 720p, 800 x 600, 640 x 480 and 320 x 240 without dropping to lower burst rates. YUY2 output is limited to 10 fps at 1280 x 800 or 1280 x 720. The global shutter eliminates rolling artefacts during continuous high-speed capture. External trigger ports allow frame synchronisation for multi-camera or machine-vision setups.

Upgrade from Rolling Shutter Modules

This board replaces rolling shutter webcams that distort fast motion or suffer in low light. The jump is worth it when accurate motion analysis, gesture tracking or depth sensing is required. It is not suited for users needing built-in microphones, autofocus or resolutions above 1MP.
