Capture Card for Analogue Sources

This USB 2.0 capture device converts RCA or S-Video signals to digital H.264 video at 720P resolution. It draws power from the USB port and works with Windows XP through 10 and Mac OS X up to 10.14. The compact black unit measures 4.37 in by 1.38 in by .51 in and weighs .159 kilograms.

Suitable for Digitising Legacy Media

It suits anyone transferring tapes from VHS, VCR, Hi8, DVD players or camcorders to a computer for archiving or sharing. Builders who need HDMI input, higher than 720P capture, or hardware encoding for live streaming should look at a different class of capture hardware.

RCA Composite and S-Video Input

The single deciding specification is the analogue input interface: composite RCA and S-Video only. If your source outputs HDMI, DisplayPort, component or SDI, this card cannot connect to it.
