Versatile Digital Multimeter
The KEHIPI digital multimeter measures AC and DC voltage, DC current, resistance and diode function. It suits household outlets, vehicle batteries and automotive circuit troubleshooting. A 3 ½ digit LCD with 2000 counts and .6 backlight reads clearly in dim conditions. Sampling runs at 2 times per second with polarity indication.
Installation and Common Pitfalls
Two AAA batteries are pre-installed so the meter is ready immediately. The rotary switch must be set to the correct range before each test. Overload protection covers all ranges and double fuses provide anti-burn safety. Note that AC current cannot be measured with this unit.
Sustained-Load Behaviour
IEC CAT III 600V rating and CE and RoHS certification support continuous professional use. Accuracy holds at ±(1.0%+5) for AC and DC voltage, ±(1.5%+5) for DC current and ±(1.2%+5) for resistance. The folding stand adjusts through 90° for stable bench work during long sessions. Builders needing AC current measurement or higher count resolution should choose a different instrument.

Questions about this item
How can I verify the multimeter is reading correctly after connecting the test leads?
Select the proper range with the rotary switch, confirm the 2000-count LCD shows the expected value and polarity, and use the data-hold button to freeze the reading for comparison.
What comes in the package and what must I supply myself?
The box includes the multimeter, two test leads, two AAA batteries already installed, a manual and an adjustable support stand; no additional items are required for basic operation.
Which measurement ranges should I choose for household outlets and automotive batteries?
Use the 600 V AC range for household outlets and the 20 V or 200 V DC ranges for vehicle batteries, matching the rotary switch to the voltage you are testing.
