KEHIPI HU-02 4K HDMI Capture Card

The KEHIPI HU-02 captures HDMI sources up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz and records or streams at 1920×1080 up to 30 Hz. It is aimed at streamers, educators and remote workers who need a compact grabber for gameplay, lessons or video calls without a bulky internal card.

Driver-free USB 3.0 installation with loop-out

Plug the device into a USB 3.0 port and it appears as a standard video input in OBS, VLC, Potplayer or similar software — no driver download required. The integrated HDMI loop-out passes the source signal to a monitor with no perceptible delay, so gameplay stays responsive while recording. The short fixed USB cable reduces connection points but limits placement flexibility.

Check for USB 3.0 port and 1080p recording target

Verify your computer has a free USB 3.0 Type-A port; USB 2.0 bandwidth is insufficient for the stated capture rates. Confirm your recording or streaming software accepts 1920×1080 at 30 Hz input, because the device does not output higher frame rates or resolutions. Buyers needing 4K60 recording or internal PCIe capture should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the HU-02 is capturing at 1080p 60 fps after I plug it in?

Open your streaming software and check the source properties; the device should report 1920×1080 at 60 fps with no dropped frames.

What cables or accessories come with the silver HU-02 and what must I provide?

The unit includes an attached USB 3.0 cable; you supply the HDMI source cable and any HDMI loop-out cable for a monitor.

Should I choose the 4K input model or a 1440p capture card for 1080p 60 fps recording?

The HU-02 accepts 3840×2160@60 Hz input and records 1080p at 60 fps, so it covers the 1440p tier without needing a separate 1440p card.
