Two-Computer Control

The KEHIPI KVM-02BK lets one monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer serve two computers. A push button on the unit or the wired remote toggles the active system without unplugging cables. It draws power from the USB 3.0 links so no external adapter is needed.

Bundled Cables Included

The package supplies two 100 cm HDMI cables and two 120 cm USB 3.0 cables. Having matched lengths removes the need to source separate interconnects and keeps the desktop tidy. A printed manual is also in the box.

4K@30Hz Ceiling

Video passes through at up to 4K at 30 Hz; 1080p and lower resolutions work as well. The HDMI 1.4-class bandwidth caps the refresh rate at 30 Hz for 4K sources, so 4K@60Hz signals will not display at their native rate. Switching is limited to two ports only.

Questions about this item

Will the included 100cm HDMI and 120cm USB 3.0 cables need replacement if my computers are further apart?

The package supplies two 100cm HDMI cables and two 120cm USB 3.0 cables; longer runs would require separate purchases.

What resolution limit appears first when both connected PCs output 4K video continuously?

The switch caps at 4K@30Hz, so sustained 4K@60Hz sources will be limited to 30Hz.

Does the aluminium chassis stay cool and silent when powered at 5 volts and 2 amps all day?

It draws 5 volts at up to 2 amps with no fan, so it runs silently and stays warm but not hot during continuous use.
