Ready for family adventures

The KEHIPI RT628 two-way radio pair delivers 22 FRS channels for clear short-range communication. Each unit weighs 90 grams and measures 1.1 by 2.1 by 6.2 inches, making them easy for smaller hands to hold. They are sold new as a silvery pair suited for outdoor play and family outings.

Simple controls and belt clip

A call tone alerts users to incoming messages while a key lock prevents accidental channel changes. The VOX hands-free function activates transmission by voice so buttons stay free during activities. An integrated belt clip secures each radio to clothing or a schoolbag for quick access on the move.

Check your environment first

These radios are not water resistant, so they must stay dry during rain or water play. The 1 kilometer range assumes open terrain; buildings, trees or hills will reduce the effective distance. Buyers needing longer reach or weather-sealed units should consider other options.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions and weight of each radio so I know if it fits a child's hand or a belt clip?

Each unit measures 1.1 by 2.1 by 6.2 inches and weighs 90 grams, with a belt clip that secures to clothing or a schoolbag for easy carry.

How do I set up the VOX hands-free function and what common step do users miss?

Turn VOX on in the menu, adjust the sensitivity level, then press the PTT button once to confirm; many forget that confirmation press and wonder why VOX stays inactive.
