Each unit includes a 1200 mAh Li-ion battery, belt clip and rotating ear-hook earpiece for hands-free operation. The non-removable antenna is sealed for stable transmission and the rugged housing resists shock and vibration in demanding environments.

Multi-unit charger with protection

A single six-way gang charger powers all six radios or spare batteries simultaneously from one DC 3.7 V adapter, reducing cable clutter and bench space. Built-in over-charge, over-voltage and short-circuit safeguards keep charging safe even in busy kitchens or warehouses. Operating temperature spans -10 to 50 °C for reliable performance across seasonal shifts.

Compatible ecosystem and support

The radios meet FCC Part 95 rules under FCC ID 2ASNSRT68 and interoperate with other 16-channel FRS models such as RT21, RT22, H-777S, H-777, RT17 and RT22P on shared channels and CTCSS codes. The package includes three English user manuals and the manufacturer backs the radio body for three years and accessories for one year with lifetime customer support.

Questions about this item

How do I install the six-way charger so all six radios charge together?

Plug the supplied adapter into the six-way charger, then seat each RT68 radio or its 1200 mAh Li-ion battery into a slot; the charger handles up to six units simultaneously with overcharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection.

What maintenance or replacement will the radios need later?

The 1200 mAh Li-ion batteries will eventually lose capacity and need replacing; belt clips and ear-hook earpieces can wear or break and are available as spares.

What limit appears first during sustained use?

The 1200 mAh battery capacity sets the operating time per charge; the radios operate from -10 °C to 50 °C, so extreme cold or heat will also curtail performance before other limits.
