Industrial UHF Radio Bundle

The Motorola RMU2040 On-Site two-way radio base bundle supplies a single handset built for security, maintenance, distribution and construction crews. It operates on 99 UHF business-exclusive frequencies with 219 PL/DPL codes, including six customizable codes. A 1500MW speaker delivers clear audio in high-noise environments. The radio meets military specifications for dust, shock and vibration resistance.

Check Power and Licensing

Verify that your workplace can accommodate the drop-in tray charger and supplied power supply for the lithium-ion battery. Confirm your organisation holds the appropriate UHF business licence for the 99 channels. Ensure the holster mounting suits your team's belt or gear configuration before deployment.

Replaces Consumer Walkie-Talkies

This bundle upgrades from licence-free consumer radios that lack the 219 PL/DPL codes and rugged sealing required for 250,000 square-foot sites. The jump is worth it when crews need secure, interference-free channels and a device tested to military dust, wind and shock standards. Buyers needing a display, keypad or multi-unit fleet packaging should look elsewhere.
