A 4K HDMI capture card records 1080p video at 30 Hz via USB 2.0 with low latency for streaming and recording
The KEHIPI V308-U accepts an HDMI signal up to 4K at 60 Hz and delivers a 1080p stream at 30 Hz over USB 2.0. It is intended for streamers, educators and remote workers who need to bring a camera, console or other HDMI source into a computer for live broadcasting or recording.
Because the link is USB 2.0, the maximum outgoing resolution is 1920×1080 at 30 Hz even though the HDMI input can handle 4K at 60 Hz. Higher frame rates or 4K output are not possible on this interface, so fast-motion gaming will be captured at the reduced refresh rate.
The device uses built-in drivers and requires no external power, so it works immediately on Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.9 or later and Linux. Audio must be selected as the input source in the capture software; if sound is missing, check the application’s audio settings before assuming a hardware fault.

The capture card outputs a maximum of 1920×1080 at 30 Hz over USB 2.0, even though it accepts a 4K 60 Hz HDMI input signal.
The device downscales the 4K 60 Hz source to 1080p 30 Hz for capture, so recordings and streams are Full HD rather than native 4K.
USB 2.0 bandwidth caps the output to 1080p at 30 Hz; higher resolutions or frame rates are not supported over this connection.
