Set of 30 test leads in five colours with 60 alligator clips, 22 AWG wire and 20.5 inch length for electrical testing and prototyping
This three-pack supplies 30 test leads in five colours — six each of green, white, black, yellow and red — together with 60 nickel-plated steel alligator clips fitted with PVC insulators and vinyl covers. Each lead measures 20.5 inches overall with a 1.6-inch test-lead section, using 22-AWG copper wire wrapped in PVC insulation. The clips are soldered and stamped to the conductors for secure contact.
The set is intended for light electronics tasks such as breadboarding, prototyping, troubleshooting and classroom experiments in laboratories, shops, schools and home workshops. It is not designed for high-current automotive or mains-voltage circuits where heavier gauge wire and higher-rated clips would be required.
The 22-AWG copper conductors define the safe current-carrying capacity of every lead in the kit. Buyers needing to switch more than a few hundred milliamps should select a heavier-gauge test-lead set instead.

Each lead is 20.5 inches long with 1.6-inch test tips and uses 22-AWG copper wire with PVC insulation.
The 60 nickel-plated steel clips are soldered and stamped to the wires, with PVC-insulated vinyl covers and strong springs for firm contact.
Replace leads if the PVC insulation cracks or the clip springs lose tension, as both affect safe conduction during testing.
