KEHIPI X830 30W wireless pad

The KEHIPI X830 is a 30W wireless charging pad in black designed for Qi-enabled smartphones and earbuds. It delivers up to 30W for compatible Samsung and Pixel devices, 15W for other Android models and 7.5W for iPhone 12 through 16 series. The pad measures .3 inch thick and 3.9 inches in diameter, weighing 3.5 ounces for easy travel.

Installation and common issues

Connect the supplied USB cable to a QC 3.0 adapter (not included) and plug it in; a steady blue LED confirms power. Centre the phone or earbuds on the pad — the light flashes for 60 seconds then turns off while charging continues. Cases thicker than 5mm, metal plates, magnetic mounts or credit cards will block charging; remove them if the LED does not flash.

Compatibility checklist

Verify that your device supports Qi wireless charging and note the maximum wattage it accepts. A QC 3.0 wall adapter rated at 12V 3A is required for 30W, 20W or 15W modes; a QC 2.0 or 5V 2A adapter will limit output to 10W or 5W. The pad operates on 120V input, so confirm your region’s mains voltage before ordering.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the KEHIPI X830 pad is charging my phone correctly after plugging it in?

What comes in the box and what must I supply myself?

Included are the 30W wireless charger pad, a black USB cable and a manual. A QC 3.0 USB fast-charge adapter is required but not included.

Which adapter should I use to get the fastest speed my phone supports?

Use a QC 3.0 adapter for 30W, 20W or 15W modes on Samsung and Pixel models; QC 3.0 or 2.0 works for 10W to 7.5W on iPhone 12 through 16 series; 5W mode accepts QC 3.0, 2.0 or a 5V 2A adapter.
