Standard Underdesk Keyboard Drawer

The Kensington 60009 is a heavy-duty plastic tray that mounts beneath a desk to free up surface space. It glides out of sight when not in use and suits office workers who need a dedicated typing platform without permanent desk modifications.

Adjustable height and smooth glide

Metal ball-bearing rails provide an easy-glide action for daily opening and closing. Four mounting heights let each user set the tray at a comfortable level for typing posture.

Sturdy construction and simple mounting

The durable black finish complements most office environments while the tray installs with standard hardware. Buyers who need a wider platform or integrated mouse surface should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 60009 drawer and what step is often missed?

Mount the metal ball-bearing rails to the desk underside with the supplied hardware, then choose one of the four height positions before tightening the screws; skipping the height adjustment forces a re-drill.

What part of the 60009 will need attention after extended use?

The metal ball-bearing rails should be wiped clean and lightly lubricated if the glide becomes stiff; the heavy-duty plastic tray itself requires no scheduled replacement.

What limits the 60009 when I keep it extended for long periods?

The 20w x 10d tray size and fixed rail length set the maximum extension; the drawer cannot travel further or support wider keyboards beyond those dimensions.
