24" Widescreen Privacy Filter

This Kensington privacy screen fits 24-inch monitors with a 16:10 aspect ratio. It limits the viewing angle to plus or minus 30 degrees so anyone beside the user sees only a darkened display. The reversible panel offers a choice of matte or glossy finish and includes an anti-reflective coating that cuts glare. It also filters up to 30 percent of harmful blue light.

Office Workers Handling Sensitive Data

The filter suits professionals who need on-screen confidentiality in open-plan offices, shared desks or public spaces. It is not suited for collaborative work where multiple viewers must see the screen clearly, nor for users who require an ultra-wide or standard 16:9 panel. Buyers needing a different screen size or aspect ratio should look elsewhere.

16:10 Aspect Ratio Compatibility

The single specification that decides fit is the 16:10 aspect ratio on a 24-inch widescreen monitor. Installation uses the supplied frameless tab holders or double-sided tape, so no additional brackets or adhesives are required. Confirm your monitor matches this ratio before purchase.

Questions about this item

How does the ±30-degree viewing limit work once the screen is on my 24-inch monitor?

The filter narrows visible content so anyone viewing from beyond 30 degrees left or right sees only a darkened display, keeping on-screen data private.

What attachment methods come with the privacy screen for a 16:10 display?

The package includes frameless tab holders and double-sided tape, giving you two tool-free ways to secure the filter to the monitor bezel.

Will the 24-inch widescreen filter fit my monitor without covering the webcam or sensors?

Designed for 24-inch 16:10 panels, the frameless tabs mount on the bezel edges so the active screen area stays clear of cameras or sensors.
