This 65W AC adapter delivers 19V at 3.42A and accepts 100-240V input for worldwide use. It is built for Acer Chromebook 11, 13, 14 and 15 models as well as Aspire 3 and Aspire 5 series laptops. The unit ships new and ready to replace a lost or damaged original charger.

3.0mm x 1.1mm barrel connector ensures correct fit

The tip measures 3.0mm outer diameter by 1.1mm inner diameter, matching the charging port on the listed Chromebook CB3, CB5, C720, C738T and C740 models plus Aspire A315, A515 and Spin SP314 units. Using a different tip size will prevent the plug from seating or cause power errors.

65W output rating decides compatibility

The adapter supplies exactly 65 watts at 19V 3.42A, so it suits devices that specify this power level. Laptops requiring a higher wattage brick or a different voltage will not charge correctly with this unit.

Questions about this item

How often should the 3.0 mm x 1.1 mm connector be inspected for wear?

Inspect the connector whenever you unplug it; replace the adapter if the tip feels loose or shows bent pins.

Which limit appears first when the adapter runs at 65 W continuously?

The 19 V 3.42 A output rating is the hard limit; sustained loads above 65 W will trigger protection or shut down.

How warm does the brick get when it powers a Chromebook all day?

Expect noticeable warmth at full 65 W load; keep vents clear and avoid covering the unit during extended use.
