Extra-large 20oz capacity

Battery and coaster limits

Without the coaster the rechargeable battery provides 2 to 8 hours of heating depending on the selected temperature. On the coaster the mug can maintain warmth continuously for up to 24 hours. Three fixed settings of 113°F, 131°F and 149°F are chosen by a single button; no app or wireless connection is involved.

Simple care, strict rules

The mug arrives ready to use with no pairing or software setup required. Hand washing is mandatory; the unit is not dishwasher or microwave safe and must not be cleaned with hot water. Ignoring these instructions can damage internal wiring, impair heating performance and create safety risks.

Questions about this item

How does the 20-ounce capacity compare with standard mugs?

The 20-ounce capacity holds roughly twice the volume of typical 10- to 12-ounce mugs, so you refill less often during a long workday.

What do the three temperature settings of 113°F, 131°F and 149°F mean in daily use?

They let you pick a gentle warmth, a standard drinking heat or a hotter sip, and the mug holds that exact temperature until the battery runs out.

How does the coaster change the heating time compared with battery-only operation?

On the coaster the mug stays warm all day, while on battery alone it provides 2 to 8 hours of heat depending on the chosen temperature.
