Cut-resistant sleeves for arms

Kezzled arm sleeves use 82 percent Spectra fibre and 18 percent polyester to deliver EN 388 cut level 4 protection. Each sleeve measures 14 inches long and 4.25 inches wide in a one-size design. The pair weighs 60 grams and features ribbed ends with a double-ring closure for a secure fit.

Suited to chefs, butchers, builders and gardeners

These sleeves handle cutting, slicing, wood carving and steel fabrication where blade contact is frequent. They also shield against UV rays during outdoor labour. Buyers needing full-hand coverage or certified puncture resistance above level 2 should consider dedicated gloves instead.

EN 388 cut level 4 rating

The Spectra construction is rated 10 times stronger than steel pound-for-pound and achieves abrasion level 3, tensile level 4 and puncture level 2. Hand-wash only care preserves the fibre integrity. This single certification confirms the sleeves meet the protection threshold for high-risk manual tasks.

Questions about this item

How long and wide are the 14-inch Spectra sleeves?

Each sleeve measures 14 inches in length and 4.25 inches in width, designed as a one-size fit for most adults.

What is the correct way to clean the 82% Spectra fabric?

Hand wash only; machine washing can damage the cut-resistant fibres and reduce the EN 388 Level 4 protection.

When should the sleeves be replaced if used daily in a kitchen?

Replace them once cuts, abrasion wear, or thinning material compromise the EN 388 Level 4 rating — typically after heavy daily use degrades the Spectra fibres.
