1600W ATX power supply for high-output builds

This unit delivers up to 1600 watts through a standard ATX form factor. It targets workstations and enthusiast desktops that draw sustained heavy loads from multiple GPUs or high-core-count CPUs. The 80 PLUS Gold rating confirms high efficiency across typical load ranges. It is not for compact chassis that cannot accommodate full-size ATX dimensions.

Efficiency and standby behaviour at low loads

Gold certification means the supply wastes less energy as heat during everyday workloads. Modern Standby compatibility keeps wake-from-sleep latency extremely short while maintaining low idle draw. Zero RPM mode stops the fan completely at light and medium loads, removing acoustic noise. At very high sustained output the fan will spin and audible airflow returns.

Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion

The resonant LLC stage combined with DC-to-DC secondary regulation yields tight voltage regulation and low ripple. This topology also suppresses coil whine for quieter operation under varying loads. Standard ATX mounting holes and connector layout allow drop-in replacement in compatible cases. No proprietary brackets or cable kits are required for installation.

Questions about this item

Which capacity should I choose for a high-end build?

The 1600W rating delivers enough headroom for multi-GPU systems and heavy overclocking.

What does the 80 PLUS Gold rating mean once installed?

It guarantees at least 80% efficiency at typical loads, so less power turns into heat and the fan can stay off longer.

What interface does this PSU use and what does it limit?

It uses the standard ATX interface, which fits any ATX-compatible case and motherboard.
