Silent builds and Modern Standby PCs

The Zero RPM fan mode stops the fan completely at low and medium loads for near-silent operation, suiting noise-sensitive systems. Builds requiring higher wattage or auxiliary PCIe power connectors for discrete graphics cards should consider other units.
