380 W ATX power supply

This 380 W ATX unit targets desktop builders who need an efficient, quiet supply for mainstream systems. It carries 80 PLUS Gold certification and supports Modern Standby for rapid wake-from-sleep performance. The resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion delivers clean power while reducing coil whine.

80 PLUS Gold certification

Gold-rated efficiency lowers power draw, heat output and fan noise across typical loads. The Zero RPM fan mode stops the fan entirely at low and medium loads for near-silent operation. Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion further improves voltage regulation and enables deeper sleep states.

Modern Standby compatibility

Modern Standby support ensures extremely fast wake-from-sleep times and better low-load efficiency. Buyers whose platforms do not implement Modern Standby will not benefit from this feature. The 380 W rating also limits use in configurations that demand higher sustained power.

Questions about this item

How often will the fan bearings need cleaning or replacement with the Zero RPM Fan Mode on this 380 W ATX unit?

The Zero RPM Fan Mode stops the fan at low and medium loads, reducing bearing wear and extending the interval between any required cleaning or replacement.

Which limit appears first during sustained high load on this 380 W Gold-rated supply?

The 380 W maximum output is the primary limit; the 80 PLUS Gold efficiency rating helps keep temperatures lower, but continuous full-load operation will reach the wattage ceiling before thermal throttling becomes the bottleneck.

How loud and hot does this 380 W ATX supply get when running all day?

At low and medium loads the Zero RPM Fan Mode keeps it near-silent, while 80 PLUS Gold efficiency reduces waste heat; under sustained heavy load the fan spins and noise rises, though the Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion minimises coil whine.
