  • Near-silent low-load operation via Zero RPM fan mode
  • Clean, stable power from resonant LLC with DC-to-DC
  • 200 W output at 4.6 V and 40 A

Compact ATX power supply for legacy systems

This 200 W ATX unit delivers 4.6 V at 40 A and is designed as a direct replacement for the MDP200-4.6G platform. It targets owners of older desktops or thin-clients that require a low-power, standard-form-factor supply.

Gold efficiency with semi-passive cooling

80 PLUS Gold certification reduces waste heat and keeps electricity draw low, while the resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion provides stable rails and minimises coil whine. A Zero RPM fan mode stops the fan completely at low and medium loads for silent running.

Modern Standby support for instant wake

The supply meets Modern Standby requirements, allowing extremely fast wake-from-sleep transitions and improved low-load efficiency. Buyers whose boards lack Modern Standby support or who need higher total wattage will need a different unit.

Questions about this item

What ATX standard does the 200 W unit meet for efficiency?

It is 80 PLUS Gold certified, meaning it meets the 80 % efficiency threshold at typical loads.

What physical form factor must the case support for this supply?

The unit follows the ATX form factor, so the chassis needs a standard ATX power-supply bay.

How is the fan controlled during installation and first boot?

Zero RPM mode keeps the fan off at low and medium loads; it spins up only when the load rises above that level.
