550 W Server Power Supply

This unit is a 550 W ATX power supply built for Sun T2000, V445 and X4200M2 servers. It matches the original DS550HE-3-001 part number and is supplied new and tested working. The form factor fits the designated chassis without modification. It is intended for administrators replacing a failed or ageing module in those specific systems.

550 W Capacity and Limits

The 550 W rating delivers the headroom the original design specifies for the supported platforms. It will run the factory configuration of a T2000, V445 or X4200M2 without strain. It cannot support configurations that exceed the chassis power budget or that require a higher-wattage module. Buyers needing redundant or hot-swap capability beyond a single unit should verify their chassis supports it.
