685W ATX power supply for modern standby builds

This KHACHIMO 685W ATX unit targets PCs that use Modern Standby sleep states and demand high efficiency. The 80 PLUS Gold rating keeps power draw low and thermals controlled during typical workloads. Its resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion delivers stable voltage rails for reliable component operation.

Zero RPM fan mode and LLC topology change daily use

At low and medium loads the cooling fan stops completely, removing audible noise from the system. The resonant LLC design with DC-to-DC conversion further reduces coil whine and supports deeper, more energy-efficient sleep states. Together these features create a quieter environment without sacrificing power quality.

685W capacity suits mid-range systems with headroom

The 685W rating comfortably handles mainstream CPUs and single mid-range graphics cards under sustained load. Builds with multiple high-end GPUs, extreme overclocking or very large drive arrays will exceed the available headroom. The unit provides the connectors listed in the supplier title for standard ATX configurations.

Questions about this item

How often does the fan need cleaning or replacement on this 685W unit?

The Zero RPM Fan Mode keeps the fan off at low and medium loads, so it accumulates less dust and runs fewer hours than a constantly spinning fan.

What component hits its limit first during continuous full-load operation?

At sustained 685W output the 80 PLUS Gold efficiency ceiling is reached first; beyond that the unit cannot maintain its rated efficiency.

How loud and hot does the HU290EM-01 get when running all day?

Zero RPM Fan Mode silences the fan at low and medium loads, while Gold-rated efficiency and LLC topology keep waste heat and coil whine low even under extended use.
