950W workstation power supply

The KHACHIMO D950EF-00 0V7954 delivers 950W of power in an ATX form factor. It is built as a direct replacement for Dell Precision T5820 T7820 and T7920 workstations. The unit arrives new and has been test working to confirm operation.

Thermals noise and power draw

The supply is rated for 950W continuous output to meet the demands of the supported workstation platforms. Fan speed and acoustic profile follow the original chassis thermal management design. Power draw scales with the connected system load up to the rated maximum.

Questions about this item

How do I install the KHACHIMO D950EF-00 950W power supply into a T5820 workstation, and which step is often missed?

Fit the ATX unit into the chassis, secure the mounting screws, then connect the 24-pin motherboard and CPU power cables; the step often missed is fully seating the modular cable ends until they click.

What maintenance will the KHACHIMO D950EF-00 0V7954 950W supply need during its life in a T7920 system?

Periodically clean dust from the intake and exhaust vents with compressed air to keep airflow clear; the internal fan bearings are the only part likely to need replacement after extended use.
