DL380G5 1200 W server power supply

This KHACHIMO unit is a new ATX power supply built for the DL380 G5 server platform. It carries part numbers 412837-001 and 419613-001 and delivers 1200 W of rated output. The module is tested working and intended as a direct replacement or spare for compatible enterprise chassis.

Sustained-load behaviour

The supply is rated for continuous 1200 W delivery rather than a short-term peak, so it maintains stable voltages during prolonged server workloads. Test verification confirms the unit meets its rated capacity under steady-state conditions. The design targets the thermal and electrical demands of a 1U or 2U rack environment where the load rarely drops to idle.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the DPS-1200GB A run when powering a DL380G5 continuously?

The unit is tested working and built for server duty, so its dual fans and 1200 W design handle sustained loads within normal rack-mount thermal limits.

Which cables or backplane connectors must already be present in the chassis for this 412837-001 supply to plug in and work?

It uses the standard DL380G5 hot-plug power interface; the matching backplane and power-distribution board must be installed in the server.
