Compact 200W ATX unit

The KHACHIMO DPS-200PB-189C is a 200W ATX power supply built in a 1U form factor. It suits small-form-factor desktops, thin clients or embedded appliances that need efficient, low-profile power delivery. The unit is new and carries an 80 PLUS Gold efficiency rating.

80 PLUS Gold and zero-RPM changes

Gold certification means the supply runs at high efficiency across typical loads, reducing waste heat and overall power draw. A zero-RPM fan mode stops the cooling fan completely at low and medium loads, so the system stays near-silent during idle or light work. Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion delivers clean power and helps cut coil whine.

Straightforward 1U installation

The 1U height lets the unit slide into standard slim chassis brackets without adapter plates. Modern Standby support enables extremely fast wake-from-sleep times and deeper low-power states. Builders must verify that the 200W output covers every component in the target system, as the rating leaves no headroom for high-power GPUs or large drive arrays.

Questions about this item

Does the fan run continuously or only under load?

The Zero RPM Fan Mode stops the fan completely at low and medium loads, so it only spins when the supply needs active cooling.

What limits output first during prolonged heavy use?

The 200 W rating is the hard ceiling; once the load reaches that level the unit cannot deliver more power regardless of temperature.

How much waste heat and noise appear when the supply runs all day?

80 PLUS Gold efficiency keeps waste heat low, and the fan stays off until the load rises above the medium threshold, minimising both noise and temperature.
