High-Capacity Rectifier Module

The KHACHIMO Flatpack2 24/1800 HE delivers 1800W of rectified power in an ATX form factor. It is built for telecom infrastructure and industrial systems that require reliable DC conversion. This new unit has been tested for working condition and verified for good quality. Engineers specifying high-density power shelves will find it matches the 241115.205 part specification.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous operation the module maintains its rated 1800W output without the thermal throttling seen in short-burst benchmarks. The 24V output rail stays stable when the load remains near maximum for extended periods. Efficiency remains consistent across the duty cycle rather than peaking only at light loads. Installations that run 24/7 avoid the derating surprises common with peak-rated alternatives.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 1800W rectifier produce when running continuously?

The module delivers up to 1800W output; typical efficiency for this class means a few hundred watts become heat, so ensure the rack or shelf has adequate airflow.

What shelf or rack system is required to install this Flatpack2 module?

It fits an Eltek Flatpack2 24V shelf with the matching backplane and DC distribution; the shelf provides the AC input, DC bus and control connections.
