Converts Profibus DP signals to Modbus-RTU for industrial gateway integration
This module converts Profibus DP signals to Modbus-RTU for industrial networks. It connects to an ANYBUS power supply and serves engineers who need protocol translation between these two fieldbus systems.
The unit mounts inside a panel and draws power from the ANYBUS supply. It removes the need for a separate gateway device and frees DIN-rail space by combining the conversion function with the existing power infrastructure.
The converter handles standard Profibus DP and Modbus-RTU data rates found in typical plant installations. It reaches its limit when the application demands higher bandwidth than these legacy fieldbus protocols provide.

The 80 PLUS Gold efficiency target caps usable output before thermal limits become the bottleneck.
Zero RPM mode keeps the fan off at low and medium loads, while Gold-rated efficiency and resonant LLC topology reduce waste heat and coil whine for quieter, cooler operation.
An ATX-compatible power supply is required to provide the necessary power input for the module.
