850W DC ATX power supply

This 850 watt DC-input ATX power supply is built for systems that run from a direct-current source and need certified gold-level efficiency. It targets workstations and servers that prioritise low power draw and quiet operation.

Suited for DC-fed racks and Modern Standby PCs

Buyers running standard AC mains infrastructure should look elsewhere, as this unit requires a DC input. Systems that cannot use Modern Standby sleep states will not benefit from the fast wake capability.

Zero RPM fan and LLC topology reduce noise

The fan stops completely at low and medium loads, while the resonant LLC design with DC-to-DC conversion cuts coil whine and supports deeper sleep states for quieter, more efficient running.

Questions about this item

Will the ATX form factor fit my current chassis and motherboard?

The unit follows the standard ATX layout so it mounts in any ATX-compatible case and plugs into a 24-pin motherboard connector.

Can the 80 PLUS Gold efficiency and Zero RPM fan mode handle the lighter loads of an older build?

Yes, Gold-rated efficiency stays high at low draw and the fan remains off until the load rises, keeping legacy systems quiet and cool.

How do I confirm Modern Standby is active after installation?

Put the PC to sleep; if it wakes almost instantly and the power LED pulses in the Modern Standby pattern, the feature is working.
