180 W ATX power supply

The KHACHIMO KSA-180S2-A is a 180 W ATX power supply built for compact desktops and small-form-factor builds that demand efficient, quiet operation. It suits office workstations, home theatre PCs and light productivity systems where space and noise are primary concerns.

Modern Standby and Zero RPM fan mode

Modern Standby compatibility enables extremely fast wake-from-sleep times and improved low-load efficiency. Zero RPM fan mode stops the cooling fan entirely at low and medium loads for near-silent operation, while the resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion reduces coil whine and delivers cleaner power.

180 W capacity and Gold efficiency

The 180 W rating comfortably handles integrated graphics, low-profile GPUs and standard office components with headroom for typical peak draws. Builds requiring discrete mid-range or high-end graphics cards, multiple drives or heavy overclocking will exceed the available power budget. 80 PLUS Gold certification ensures high efficiency across the load range, lowering consumption and heat.

Questions about this item

Will the 180 W ATX unit need a fan replacement after long-term use?

The built-in fan stops completely at low and medium loads, reducing wear, so a replacement is unlikely during normal service life.

What limit appears first when the 180 W supply runs at full load for hours?

The 180 W output ceiling is reached before thermal limits, so sustained loads above that rating will trigger protection.

How loud and hot does the 180 W Gold unit get during all-day operation?

Zero RPM mode keeps it silent at typical loads; 80 PLUS Gold efficiency minimises heat, so temperatures stay low even under continuous use.
