60 W ATX power supply for Weidmüller PRO INSTA

This 60 watt ATX power supply delivers 12 volts at up to 5 amps and is built to match the Weidmüller 2580240000 PRO INSTA unit. It suits industrial control cabinets and automation projects that require a direct replacement with verified operation.

Thermals noise and power draw

The switching design runs efficiently at its rated 60 watt output, keeping heat low inside enclosed panels. Fanless construction means silent operation in noise-sensitive environments. Power draw scales with the connected load, so the unit only consumes what the attached equipment requires.

Questions about this item

How is the KHACHIMO 2580240000 installed in a Weidmuller PRO INSTA system?

Mount the unit on a DIN rail, connect the AC input to the marked terminals, then wire the 12 V output to the load; the step often missed is tightening the screw terminals to the specified torque so the 5 A circuit stays secure.

What maintenance will the 60 W 12 V supply need over time?

Periodically blow dust from the ventilation slots and verify the output stays at 12 V under load; if the voltage drifts or the unit shuts down under 5 A draw, replace the module.
