900W ATX power supply for server builds

This 900 watt ATX unit carries 80 PLUS Gold certification and is validated for x11DAI-N and X10DAI/X platforms. It suits builders assembling replacement or spare power for compatible server chassis. The unit ships new and tested for function. Buyers who need a different form factor or higher wattage should look elsewhere.

Sustained-load behaviour

Gold-rated efficiency reduces waste heat during continuous operation in always-on environments. The 900 watt rating supports steady draw from multi-socket boards and dense storage arrays without the thermal spikes seen in lower-tier units. Stable output is maintained across the full load range for which the platform is designed. No burst-only claims are made.

Questions about this item

How much heat and noise should I expect from the 900W 80plus Gold unit running continuously?

The 80plus Gold rating means the supply runs at high efficiency, so less power is lost as heat and the fan can stay at lower speeds during all-day operation.

Which motherboards and cables do I need to already have for the PWS-903-PQ to work?

It uses the standard ATX form factor, so any ATX-compatible motherboard and the usual 24-pin, CPU and PCIe cables will connect directly.
