Questions about this item

Will the internal fan need replacement during the life of this R670 1000W unit?

The fan is the only moving part inside this S26113-E526-V70 supply; after several years of continuous operation the bearings can wear and the fan may need swapping.

What limit appears first when the HP-S1K02A001 runs at full 1000W output for long periods?

Sustained 1000W load makes heat the first constraint; the cooling system must move that thermal energy away before any electrical limit is reached.
