ATX Power Supply for Modern Standby

The KHACHIMO RP3000 is a 150W ATX unit built for systems that use Modern Standby sleep states. It suits office PCs, compact workstations and low-power builds that prioritise quick wake times and efficient idle behaviour.

80 PLUS Gold Efficiency and Zero RPM Fan

Gold certification means high efficiency at typical loads, reducing power draw, heat output and acoustic footprint. The fan stops completely at low and medium loads, delivering near-silent operation during everyday tasks.

Resonant LLC Topology with DC-to-DC Conversion

This design supplies clean, consistent power while minimising coil whine. It also enables deeper, more energy-efficient sleep states supported by Modern Standby platforms.

Questions about this item

How do I install the ATX power supply and which cable connection is most often missed?

Mount the unit in the case with four screws, connect the 24-pin motherboard cable and the 4+4 pin CPU cable; the CPU cable is the one builders forget.

What part will need replacement first during the life of the RP3000?

The cooling fan is the only moving component; after several years of Zero RPM cycles the bearing can wear and the fan may need swapping.

What limit appears first when the 150 W supply runs at full load for long periods?

The 150 W rated output is the hard ceiling; sustained draws at that level will hit the over-power protection before thermal limits become an issue.
