Compact 1U silver power supply unit with fan grille and cable connectors

KHACHIMO

KHACHIMO Small 1U K39 500W Power Supply

SKU CH-X3QA-42JSZ

A new 500 W ATX power supply with 80 PLUS Gold efficiency, zero-RPM fan mode, resonant LLC topology and Modern Standby support

  • Product typeATX
  • Modern Standby gives extremely fast wake-from-sleep times
  • 80 PLUS Gold certification lowers power consumption and noise
  • Zero RPM fan mode stops the fan at low loads for near-silent operation
  • Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion provides clean, consistent power
  • DPS-500AB and LMJD-5000 series compatibility for 1U server and workstation builds

Compact 1U form factor for rack builds

The KHACHIMO K39 is a 1U power supply rated at 500 W and built to the ATX specification. Its short depth lets it fit in shallow rackmount chassis and other space-constrained enclosures where a full-height unit would not install. System integrators working on 1U servers, dense compute nodes or compact workstations can use this unit without modifying the case.

80 PLUS Gold and Zero RPM fan mode

Certified 80 PLUS Gold efficiency reduces waste heat and lowers overall power draw across the load range. At low and medium loads the cooling fan stops completely, so idle or background tasks run with no audible fan noise. Modern Standby compatibility enables extremely fast wake-from-sleep transitions while maintaining low-power sleep states.

Resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion

The resonant LLC design combined with DC-to-DC secondary conversion delivers clean, consistent output and helps suppress coil whine. This topology also supports the deeper sleep states used by Modern Standby platforms. Build quality targets continuous operation in rack environments where vibration and restricted airflow are common.

Questions about this item

Will the fan need replacing after years of continuous use?

The 10 cm fan only spins when load exceeds the Zero RPM threshold, so it accumulates fewer running hours than an always-on design.

What limits sustained output before the protection circuits engage?

The 500 W rated ceiling is the first limit; exceeding it triggers over-power protection.

How loud and hot does the unit get during an all-day workload?

At low and medium loads the fan stays off for near-silent operation, and 80 PLUS Gold efficiency keeps waste heat and noise low.
