ATX 5V 60A 300W power supply

The KHACHIMO VAT-H300-5-ST is an ATX form-factor unit that delivers a single 5 V rail rated at 60 A for a total of 300 W. It targets system builders who need a compact, high-current 5 V source for specialised workloads or legacy platforms.

80 PLUS Gold efficiency under load

At typical loads the unit meets 80 PLUS Gold efficiency targets, reducing waste heat and keeping internal temperatures lower during extended operation. The resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion maintains tight voltage regulation and limits ripple when the supply runs continuously near its rated output.

Modern Standby and zero-fan limits

Modern Standby compatibility enables rapid wake-from-sleep transitions while the zero-RPM fan mode keeps the unit silent at low and medium loads. The fan remains off only up to the undisclosed load threshold where thermal limits require active cooling, so sustained heavy loads will engage the fan.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the VAT-H300-5-ST run under continuous load?

The 80 PLUS Gold certification and Zero RPM fan mode keep noise and heat low; the fan stays off at low and medium loads for near-silent operation.

Which cables or connectors must I already have to install this 300 W unit?

It uses a standard ATX form factor, so existing ATX motherboard and peripheral cables will connect directly.

Will the resonant LLC topology with DC-to-DC conversion work reliably with older components I keep?

Yes, the topology delivers clean, consistent power and reduces coil whine, making it compatible with legacy hardware.
